You’ll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance. By using the result of the assessment, you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
The package also includes 1 coaching session that can help you get clarity about what you really want to do with your career and or your life so that you can move forward with any decision and unlock your best self.
It will also help you jumpstart the decision-making process by gaining clarity so you can gain momentum towards the change that you really wanted to do.

VIP Coaching Packages
The Move Forward and Up Intensive Coaching package starts with introducing you to you the 7 levels of leadership through the ELI Assessment and Debrief. By using the result of the assessment, you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
This will then be followed by a series of coaching sessions that will help you move from being stuck in making a decision to actually realizing and unlocking whatever the benefits that decision will give you.
- Get clarity about what you really want to do with your career and or your life so that you are laser-focused on what you want to do.
- Identify then overcome the reasons why you are not and or procrastinating on making decisions.
